. This cardboard sign preserved under heavy plastic on acid free foam core,
measures 21" x 22". It shows moderate wear, but is in otherwise very good
condition. It would look great framed in the smoking room of any house. Don't
let your non-smoking friends discourage you. Light one up, and blow smoke at
them. You are the one who smokes to look distinguished. This item is
authentic.

Vintage
stone lithoed tobacco cask label. Entitled Juno, it was created by the A. Hoen
& Co., Richmond, VA for use by the T. C. Williams Co., Virginia. Juno also
known as Hera of Greek mythology was also known to be Adam's first wife but she
quickly disappeared from the picture as she refused to be subservient. She is
the goddess of marriage. In this picture she is surrounded by astrological
signs, and has a peacock seated at her right hand. This label would have been
affixed to the cask in which tobacco would have been shipped after the
auction. Circa 1890s. . It has been shrunk wrapped on acid free foam core for
preservation. Would look beautiful matted and framed. This item is
guaranteed authentic $40.00
