Why jacksongaragesale works better for the seller? You post the items for
the price you want to sell them for, you tell the people up front if the price
is flexible or firm and then you let the buyers do the rest. When they click on
your item we take them to your item and they contact you via your own jacksongaragesale.com email account. We promise no spam, no pop-up ads. We don't
give your personal email address to anyone. No giving out
your credit card or checking account information, no shipping, no handling,
no extra costs of any kind! You simply make arrangements via email or
telephone to your local buyer and have them pick the stuff up! Is it
safe?--YES! Just as safe as having a garage sale. You never give out any
personal or financial information on this site.

Returning
Customers: You can post up to 10 items for $4!
They will appear on Jackson Garage Sale.Com until they're sold.

Photos will not be returned.
They will be listed on Jacksongaragesale.com as soon as we receive it, and will remain on the garage sale until you notify us that it's sold. We accept Check, Money Order, Cash, or Pay Pal. We'll send you a confirmation email, or receipt via mail. You will be assigned your own jacksongaragesale.com email account for you to use for the duration of your sale, to handle your transactions with interested buyers.
JacksonGarageSale.com will NOT share any of your information with ANYONE. Interested buyers will respond to Your own jacksongaragesale.com email account, or you can choose to list your phone number. If you don't have access to a computer all the time, then we'll accept your emails for you and then call you when someone has a question about your garage sale items or if they have an offer to buy them. All transactions between you and the buyer are up to you!! You make the arrangements with the buyer directly to sell your item. NEVER give out any of your credit card, banking or any financial or personal information to a buyer via this website or your jacksongaragesale.com email account. Handle the transaction just like you would a regular garage sale--arrange for them to pick it up, pay you, and that's it! The old fashioned way!
